2022 Bronco Raptor Confirmed by Ford CEO

2022 Bronco Raptor Confirmed by Ford CEO

2022 Bronco Raptor

Ford CEO Jim Farley tweeted this morning for us to 'Hold onto our butts', and then shared a short teaser of the Bronco Raptor front end. It disappeared into a swirling cloud of dust, having revealed only it's signature headlights and a grille featuring FORD lettering instead of BRONCO. At the top of the grille are 3 marker lights we know and love from the F-150 Raptor. The only hard details shared were that it's 'Coming in 2022' sometime. But with the continued production and delivery delays for 2021 Bronco orders, we'll take that promise with a grain of salt.

We can only guess at it's improvements, but it's probably a safe bet that they will use the same 450 horsepower, 3-liter V6 Ecoboost engine as the F-150 Raptor. It'll likely have Fox Shox, larger tires, and a taller and wider stance. It's sure to look more aggressive, and the increased power will be interesting to see in action crawling rocks on the trail.

We are excited to develop Bronco bumpers and accessories for this more aggressive model, Raptors have always been our thing.
