Welcome to "Beyond the Bumper," a new series brought to you by Addictive Desert Designs in Chandler, Arizona. Part 1 of this multi-part series features our laser and bend department, where the bumper manufacturing process begins! What starts as a 4'x8' steel sheet, soon transforms into an ADD Bumper after going through multiple manufacturing processes. The first stage begins with laser cutting and press breaking, where the steel is precision cut and bent into individual plates ready to be welded together. We maintain the tightest of tolerances at this stage to guarantee that each piece of American steel clears our quality control and can move on to a welding bay.
