Our High-Mount Performance Heat Exchanger Kit for the 2023+ Ford F-150 Raptor R finally frees up the space to run a winch or a frame cut bumper. It is compatible with any of ADD's Raptor R Winch or Frame Cut bumpers. Its high-mount design fits both OEM bumpers and aftermarket bumpers while laying the foundation for more power and consistent intake air temperatures, built to unlock the full potential of your supercharged V8.
With a large dual-pass aluminum core, fully shrouded and welded end-to-end, our heat exchanger out-flows and out-performs the factory unit, with no plastic end tanks to crack or blow. Dual 7.5-inch fans pull maximum air through the core for lower temps, pull after pull. Engineered to maximize every inch of available space for the most cooling capacity possible, this is a complete bolt-on kit, with all AN fittings, hoses, mounts, and hardware included to replace your factory heat exchanger. Built to take on any terrain, it is torture-tested and proven in the Arizona summer heat, with a durable steel frame and an aluminum heat exchanger core. As always, this is proudly made in the USA.
Adaptive Cruise Control Function
This kit retains adaptive cruise control on factory bumper applications. On aftermarket bumpers, adaptive cruise control is retained with our ACC Relocation Kit (AC2101501NA for 2023 models, AC1305101NA for 2024-2026 models), sold separately.
