The Chevy Colorado lineup has been given a new look for 2021. Like previous models, the aggressively styled face for the recognizable ZR2 model flows perfectly with our ADD Stealth Fighter Front Bumper. While the 2021 comes stock with tow hooks, our aftermarket bumper has upgraded clevis mounts along with a universal light mount. Starting at $28,000 and topping out at around $48,000 Chevy has priced the new ZR2 competitively with the Ford Ranger.
The Colorado boasts three different engines, with a surprisingly quick V-6 and a diesel four-cylinder. The interior is covered with mainly standard plastics and houses a not-so-spacious back seat, however the truck maintains a comfortable driving position and maneuverable handling. While the ZR2 does leave a few things to be desired, at the current price the 2021 has an impressive enough resume to suit mid-size truck aficionados.
We might be a little biased but the 2021 ZR2's stock grille and plastic bumper looks just a tad goofy and offers little to zero protection. Our ADD PRO Bolt-On Front Bumper (pictured above right) provides a low-profile look with a heavy-duty .120" wall steel tubing.
